Empirical Item Characteristic Curve (ICC), also called the Empirical Item Response Function (IRF) is displayed. The control buttons are described in Graph window.

 

Change the Empirical interval (summarized to each "x") to make the plot the most meaningful.

 

Use the Smoothing slide to represent the points as a smooth curve:
