For complete information about Facets for Windows.
Facets 3.22 (released in 1999) is a DOS-based Rasch measurement program. It has most of the functionality of the current version of Facets, but lacks a Windows interface and has none of the enhancements since 1999. Its capacity is about 20,000 persons (elements). You may copy, distribute and use it without charge or time-limit. Of course, we hope you will want to purchase the full version of Facets (which can analyze 1,000,000 elements).
Free evaluation/student/demo version of Facets for Windows, called MINIFAC. Contains all Current Facets features except it is limited to 2,000 data points (observations). Please copy, distribute and use.
DOS-FacetsDOS-Facets, DOS precursor to the current Windows-based Facets. Final Version: 3.22, October 1999. Data capacity: 20,000+ elements. Use Minifac instead, whenever possible! You may download the zipped file for DOS-Facets (500 KB), the free DOS precursor to Facets for Windows
|
This also installs the DOS version of Facform, a data formatting program for Facets. (Facform is not needed if you use your own data formatting program instead, e.g., SAS, SPSS, EXCEL or your word processor.) You may prefer to use the free Windows version of Facform, which is provided, unrestricted with MINIFAC. |
